Banana Recipes: Easy Banana Sticky Buns
This recipe originally called for a roll of buttermilk biscuits. I used what I had on hand, crescent rolls, and they were excellent! I would advice spraying the tins with something similar to Pam before adding the butter. My buns still sticked a little in the tin. Enjoy

- 1 1/2 tbl. unsalted butter, cold and thinly sliced into 10 pieces
- 1 medium banana, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 3 tbl. dark brown sugar
- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls or biscuits
- Heat oven to 375 F. Add a piece of butter to the bottom of each compartment in a 10 count muffin tin. Next, put your thinly sliced banana slices on top. Sprinkle brown sugar and pecans on bananas. Place crescent rolls on top of each compartment. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until brown. Place a plate or baking tin on top of the buns while still hot. Carefully flip tin over and tap to release buns. Serve warm.
